NLP Freedom LLC Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 14, 2020

Payment Terms I authorize NLP Freedom LLC., to process the credit card information I have provided exclusively for payments agreed upon in the above payment agreement option I chose.

Cancellation and Refund Policy I understand that if this payment is for a Training, I have 24 hours to cancel this agreement and have 100% of my deposit refunded. Thereafter, I understand that I am fully committed to fulfilling this payment agreement and attending the training(s) I have enrolled into and my initial deposit and subsequent payments (if I chose the payment plan option) per this payment agreement are non-refundable. I agree that this is reasonable, as me signing this payment agreement locks in my limited availability spot in my training and is necessary for covering the expenses that NLP Freedom Academy incurs in order to make the training a valuable learning experience for me. I understand that prior to attending this training I may have telephone access to coaches and trainers who are available to assist me in the event that I need such assistance, in preparation for this training. Should I need to cancel my attendance in the training(s) scheduled above I agree that I have one (1) year from the dates of the training(s) above to attend the same training(s) at no additional charge.

Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Indemnifier will hold harmless and indemnify NLP Freedom LLC against any and all claims and actions arising out of Indemnitee's participation in the Activity, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from the Indemnitee's participation in the Activity, subject to the limits on indemnification described below.
